Time for Jim “Moose” Carden Kids Fishing Clinic
Tomorrow marks the start of the 33rd annual Jim “Moose” Carden Kids Fishing Clinic. This program exposes children between the ages of six to 15 nearly every aspect of the great tradition of fishing. The many volunteers and guest speakers hope to pass on the positive influence of fishing, as did the man whose name the clinic honors.
The event begins at 6:30 P.M, taking place at Kokomo High School, 2501 S. Berkley. Participants are asked to use the southwest entrance. The six day event will continue July 19, 21, 26 and 28. The graduation tourney will be held July 30 from 7 A.M. to noon at the Kokomo Reservoir.
Although the program is open to those children who have pre-registered, the informative class sessions are open to the public.
